I generally don't go to Carl's Jr because I was totally outraged by their sexist advertising. I think that has changed, but I made this visit because the location was on my tight schedule route and one of the person's I was purchasing for was emphatic about trying the Jurassic burger.

Staff were friendly and the service was fast. The sandwich tasted good but was small. The fries were room temperature.
Excellent char broiled bacon bbq burger! One of the best I've ever tasted at any fast food place. Very kind and helpful staff too!
Irritating to order 3 burgers with various things requested not to be on them and all 3 were completely wrong. The young man taking our order had it correct but your cooks obviously do not know how to read. Last visit to this location.
It's been a long time since I've been to a Carl's Jr., as the one in Kenai closed in 2016. Glad to hear the Tagalog from the employees (my fiance is Filipino). Thank you for the experience.
Coke on soda machine running barely colored soda at first nozzle, 2nd not working at all. Told cashier. She didn't seem to be concerned. If this is owner, she should be ashamed. No offer made to replace drink. Thank you for helping me make up my mind to no longer visit this business.

Wrong food h as d item not ordered and 4 items missing aside ordering 2 waffle fries received only 1 order w 5 fries and after walking person through our order that was stressed on accommodation of workers w napkin nor codiments the gal repeated that she had it.
