Great service and interesting decor and atmosphere. Menu is quite expansive. Bar is cheery. Luxurious booths. Had the chicken strips salad along with fried mushrooms and french fries. My husband had the Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes. He did not care much for the potatoes, but his steak was delicious and tender.
Stopped for lunch here today, should have stopped by sooner. Had fried mushrooms, they came with their awesome fries. Then had Truckers grilled chicken sandwich with more awesome fries. The sandwich was fabulous, the flavors oh so good. The fries are just wonderful. I was exceedingly pleased with the food. Wait staff pretty good also. Will definitely be back.

This local spot is an often overlooked gem in my opinion. The menu is good. The service is good. The dining environment is good. The location is actually better than other comparable local restaurants because of it's proximity to the most popular chain store shopping spots and better parking. I don't know why I don't come here more often. I just had a burger this time and it was good. I'll make it a point to come back sooner next time, try something new, and take some photos to improve my review.
Update - came again with more people. Had a variety of dishes for dinner. Everything was great.
Good food and good service. The shrimp and grits were not bad, didn’t have a lot of flavor. The club sandwich was really good and portions were big. The fries were also nice and crispy. The sirloin steak tasted really good and was cooked perfectly. Not a bad place to sit down, have a glass of wine and grab a bite to eat.
Initial efforts to get a table were very slow no one made any effort to even check the reception area.
When seated in an almost empty restaurant the service improved significantly. Food was served efficiently, cooked properly and was good. To be frank, it was better than expected . It was not outstanding and coupled with the initial lack of recognition in an almost empty eating area cost the fifth star. It may have just been an off night but with only one visit I can't answer that.
