This was my picky husband's first time to eat here but he was impressed. Fried fish was very good and Mac and cheese just like I make at home. The home made cakes and cobbler's are delicious. The restaurant is kind of out of the way but so worth it. The sweetest Christian ladies run this restaurant and they are amazing.
This was the best soul food that i have had in a very long time. The macaroni and cheese were the best, and the fried chicken was fried perfectly. I will be eating there often, and especially since they are close by. The staff were very friendly and professional.
Absolutely the best soul food around. The food taste just like grandma's. Fresh made everyday. The macaroni and cheese is to die for. The staff is amazing just like the food. If you want good southern home cooked food Favor is the place to go.
The food is tasty and the prices are affordable. It's about as close as I can get to "real" food some days.
This is a great place with delicious Southern Food, I drove in from Atlanta to try the food my family was raving about, I finally got the chance to experience favor, I’m convinced the staff was friendly and attentive, the food was seasoned well though not overly seasoned, the tea was a tad bit sweet for my Taste but the courtesy water calmed the sugar down a bit. Overall great experience with cleanliness and staff attentiveness destined for a Restaurant with a Michelin rating.
This restaurant is an absolute gem. I go to New Spring Church in Anderson & it's in close proximity to my church. I typically head there after service. These sweet folks & their food bless me almost as much as my church service does! If you're looking for quality, delicious home cooking food, go here. Heart & soul is put into this delcious food. The service is great & the pricing too!
This is the place to go for soul food. Great flavor without too tasting to salty. Extremely reasonable prices for homemade food. Owners and staff are very friendly and have never met a stranger. This is the best kept secret in Anderson!
