Placed an order online, it said that it was done so I went into the store. I told them my name and was informed that it would be about 8 more minutes. Then after standing there for almost 15 minutes, she tells me that they never even made the pizza. She offered me a dessert, but that doesn’t make up

Originally we purchased a Epic Pepperoni pizza. When we got it there was no pepperoni on the pie. Pappa Johns agreed to reimburse us with a free pizza. Ordered again EPIC Pepperoni Pizza. It may have been free but it was the worse pizza we have ever eaten. Had to throw it out as inedible. NEVER AGA

This location is the best. My pizza is always fresh and made pretty quickly. Not to mention the sweet woman named Kayla Baumann running the front of the store she is the best.
The service was great ordered online request pizza to be curbside pickup. Food was ready as estimated. Food was hot staff was friendly. Will order again. Have great coupons and reward points. Having curbside pickup as an option is great.
