Worst sandwich shop ever. First off they are incredibly slow. The sandwiches are just slapped together without precision or any care. The workers seems to hate their lives. Worst Jimmy John's experience repeatedly. They shame the company.

I love Jimmy John's, this particular one forgot the peppers on my spicy Italian. That's the main ingredient... dang. We all make mistakes, just maybe check your order before you go.
Store double charged me and the GM refuses to return money or even look into it. He told me to call my bank. This is not fraud so my bank will not do anything. I sent corporate complaints and have not had a response. At this point its not about the money.
Ordered a gardenian sandwich, which is what I always order. This time when I got home to eat it, I noticed the bread was over baked, that the bottom was burnt and hard. I couldn't bite into it. The sandwich was really awful.
