One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. I use the app to order. The app had a challenge on it for nacho fries, so I tried to order them with other items. But this location did not have them, so the app would not place my order at all. I then asked if they would give me the app offers,
I had a couple extra minutes to stop and decided to dine in for a change, and overall I was glad that I did...The food was fresh, and service was timely, only thing I felt like could've used improvement was the counter person's customer service skills, but to be fair, she was also the food prep. Beware if you getting food through drive through
Food tasted fine. Took a long time to order as they said they had an issue. All the wrappings had good smeared on them. Items were missing from our order which we found after driving away.
I sat in the drive through with my mom for 30 minutes while all the employees were outside talking. They were not closed i waited and drove around the building to find that not a single person was in the building to take an order. Im very displeased with the service and customer service.
Quite literally just went through this drive thru. The only thing they got right was the drink, the worst part is there was no one in front of me and only 1 car behind me, no one in the dining room. There is no excuse to get 3 pieces all incorrect.
Pretty lacking on the amount of ingredients. Only ordered 4 tacos and they were all the same, other than one had a cracked shell, about 1/3 the length of it. They tasted great, only reason for 3 stars.
One day they allowed dine in the next day they don't, the lines are always ridiculously long and to be honest these days you can get a better meal for a better price at Arby's sorry Taco Bell but you need to be doing a lot better.
