This location is so poorly managed it’s insane. They’re constantly out of cups, drink selections, you name it. Most of the time they have half the stalls blocked off — and it STILL takes 20+ minutes to get your incorrect order. Almost every time I’ve tried to use it, the app is down at this location
How hard is it to make a burger correctly? Definitely check your order before you leave because it's probably wrong. I've seen kindergartens do a better job than the incompetent employees working the 2pm shift on 3/14/2022. This is the worst sonic I have ever delt with.

For the last few weeks they have had multiple stalls closed with caution tape wrapped around 90% of the restaurant. It takes forever to get a drink of all things. If they are understaffed they should just temporarily close
Location corner of Hwy 5 and White in Anna.. Food always fresh. There is a carhop by the name of Rennice that was exceptionally friendly and courteous even when they were short staffed!
Service is consistently slow. The last 4 times I've come here, I've ordered around 6:15 pm and only got my order around 7 pm.
