Horrible workers ordered a chicken protein bowl and this what I got yep came exactly like this. Being that I’m on lunch I’ve called and called it’s been 1 hour phone line is busy.. And to insult to injury since my food was a mess the chips to the nacho and cheese I ordered was not even in the bag..
I have been to this location many times and and at least 75% of the time my order has been wrong or missing one or more items. I would recommend that you never drive away without checking your order. They are also stingy on the Taco Bell sauce. I do not dine in at this location so I cannot attest as

My service was horrible!!! The woman taking my order Felicia was her name was so incredibly rude. She kept rushing me and and basically just being the opposite of what one would expect. Then I didn't get half the food I ordered. I came back again to try and the same woman was just as disrespectful.
We ordered four meals. Three the same one different. Unfortunately the meals were not marked so two people got the wrong order. Other than that the food was hot and fresh.
It was KFC/Taco Bell. We had both. Both were good. Chicken wasn't as fresh as some places but overall, a good experience.
folks need to stop blaming covid for bad service. Ordered two taco party packs and was informed when I ordered that it would be 15 minutes to prepare the beef. Waited 20 minutes. When my order was finally delivered, it was nearly cold.
