We just got 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides & 6 biscuits for $34.95. We were told that they could not give us all dark meat because they only had 6 pieces and it would take 30 MINUTES to get 6 more pieces of dark meat. This is at 4:30 on a Saturday evening. Is this not a fast food chicken restaurant?!

I've worked here for 5 months the place is nasty. The water is not up to temperature to kill off bacteria. The workers they have are rude and try to fight others. This place needs shut down. Placed our order online which was very quick and easy. The food was better this time than it has been previously. Chicken tenders are misleading. Ordered 4 piece at $2.29 (?) Not sure on change. They were no bigger than my thumb. 3 bites and gone.

The last few times I ate there has been horrible. The chicken strips were so tuff I couldn't eat them. I went back for them to give me fresh ones, again tuff as leather. Their wings were the same way. I got chicken pot pie which I have always loved in the past. It was so thick I couldn't even eat it

Fast, good food and complete order.

The worst KFC not only in Southern Illinois but in the country. Consistently soggy undercooked chicken. You would think a chicken place would know how to cook chicken. The ownership should be embarrassed by the poor training and product they sell the the public. Disgraceful.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR ON BREAK!! they take 25 minutes for the easiest stuff I used to work there I know it don't take more than 10 to make popcorn chicken and a taco and it might be just the evening staff but I always get rude people that just don't care can't even manage to put napkins or somethin
