My coworker saw a rave review from Washington Post which was interesting to say the least. I just had to try this spot! My husband and I went during restaurant week to scope the place out. It’s in a converted home which makes it more appealing (at least to me). The atmosphere was quaint and intimate. All who worked there was so inviting and hospitable which was a breath of fresh air. Even though it is a small space the seating was comfortable and the decor simple and tasteful. I even asked what ceiling paint they used (for future wall color in my own home). My husband and I opted for the pre fix Rwstaurant week menu with the additional wine pairing. The food was presented beautifully and the servings were just right. Flavor from the individual meals were wonderful and the wine paired well. With such an intimate place we will definitely come back. What a cute little local spot. Excited to see what else lies in store for us! Thank you!

Love this gem in West Annapolis. So lucky to have this talented Chef and his team here. Wonderful experience. Charming, intimate space, a meal prepared for you by a masterful chef. Lovely. Everything I've had has not disappointed. The veal shank is superb.

Delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic - sleek, elegant and welcoming all at the same time. The food is even better! Can't stop thinking about the asparagus salad, the scallops, and the pineapple-coconut ravioli!! Flamant is a must visit for anyone in Annapolis looking for a truly delicious meal.

Just got back after our first visit, along with my wife and sister and brother in law ... let's just say when a local place is rocking on a rainy Tuesday evening you know it must be good and indeed it is ... excellent food, service, cocktails and wine. Price? You get what you pay for and we got stellar meals made with creativity and fresh fresh ingredients, plus did I mention cocktails and wine? The perfect bottle recommended for our table's mix of beef, fish and pork ... a beautiful Pinot noir. With all the wonderful locally run places annapolis is so fortunate to have, along comes a chef with an unparalleled pedigree for this area. A joy to experience, and heck in West Annapolis there's even easy street parking!

Fantastic service! Fresh deliciously executed dishes! The escargot spread was wonderful! The filet was perfectly cooked and wrapped lovingly in leeks.. the Primativo that our server recommended was perfect. Is it pricey? Yes.. is it worth it? YES! Thank you to the staff for an all around great experience! See you soon!!

I had an excellent dinner there on 1 March -- delicious food, beautiful presentation, & attentive service! :-) Moreover, the 3-course prix-fixe menu for Annapolis Restaurant was a good deal.

Flamant was such a delightful experience all-around. My husband and I had the pleasure of dining there a week ago. We were so impressed we decided to host my mother’s 60th there only a few days later. Yes...the crab rolls steal the show, but the ambience, crew, and rest of the menu make this place special. Intimate yet cutting-edge, this place strikes a proud pose in the competitive world of cuisine the DC area has to offer. The menu does not overwhelm nor intimidate diner-there’s plenty to satisfy ANY palate. A must if you’re in Annapolis! Bravo Chef DePue and Team Flamant!

Except food, service and cocktails - all really balanced. Desserts are not too sweet. The wine pairings with the tasting menu have some optionality which is a nice touch!

Four course setting, which we chose. Very creative and absolutely the best tasting and assorted variety selection. Snacks: Blue Crab Rolls, Salmon Swirls and Lamb Meatballs Apertizer: Crayfish Dumplings, Sirloin Tartee with gumdrop Blue Cheese and homemade French fries Main Course: Tile Fish Filet, Lamb and Scallops on Sautéed Green Desert: The pear desert was delicious, the Miso Pot De Creme coconut Carmel melt in your mouth and Chocolate Crunchy Bar that had a chocolate mousse on top of marshmallows on top of chocolate cake with sprinkles of peppermint that the flavor pleasantly lingers well after the last bite. All the above was shared at our table with complete joy and can't wait for next dining experience with such great food and excellent service.

We've been going to Flamant since they opened and each year they seem to get even better. My wife and I loved the outdoor seating and had a wonderful meal with friends. There were a few slip ups with our server (no spoons for the soup ex), but nothing serious. My only comment on it was that the food felt worthy of a Michelin star someday but our service did not. We particularly enjoyed the gazpacho soup which was great on a very hot day.

Flamant has what I call an eclectic menu with lots of interesting combinations of ingredients that the chef expertly presents. This is an expensive restaurant and for me it is a special evening type of place you go to for anniversaries, birthdays and date nights where you want to show off. But if you go, you will not be disappointed. Flamant is one of the top food stops in Annapolis and the food and wine is excellent. I have been there multiple times and with a seasonally adjusted menu, I have never been disappointed.

One of our absolute favorite restaurants in Annapolis! A major cut above all of the "touristy" joints. Lovely atmosphere, fabulous food and service, great drinks. Happy to have this place!
