Wow! Amazing authentic Mexican food. HUGE portions, excellent seasoning and taste. Awesome chips and salsa too. Some of the best I have had anywhere!
Absolutely excellent! We were driving through town and had no clue what might be good. Mexican is always a safe choice. Well, we hit the jackpot. I'm a huge fan of molé sauce, and this was the best I've had in years. The barbacoa was cooked to perfection. The portions were tremendous, the staff was
The food is good. And I know everything is more expensive but the food I ordered was almost double what it used to be. I feel like I am being taken advantage of. 3 steak tacos rice and beans (cost) over 20 dollars. Down the road, I get the same, but 2 plates 26 dollars.
This place had a great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly as well. The waitstaff was very helpful and nice! I had a burrito and it was very good. I would recommend this place and I’m sure I’ll be back here at another point as well. Give it a try!
This is the best Mexican food in the area of lake and Mchenry county border. The food was tasty and great portion sizes. I really love their tortilla chips and I’d buy them on their own. Great place!
Great little locally owned spot, owner was behind the bar on a quiet Monday night. Barbacoa is very good, margarita’s are adequately proportioned with tequila and we loved it.
The young lady with dark hair who serves and bartends deserves a raise! She is amazing working the bar and serving during the day while still giving great service. She makes the best margaritas in the entire place. I will continue to come back always because of the food but for sure during the week
Asked if they were open Christmas ..told..closed BOTH..Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! ... Family values...wish more businesses allowed families to be together on the Holidays ❤️. So if you visit today...tip your server for those 2 days aswell....Merry Christmas !
First time here. I ordered the steak chimichanga. The meat was excellent. There was not one piece of fat in the whole thing. Reasonably priced with good size portions. Very impressed and will definitely visit again
We went out to celebrate a birthday. The outside seating is nice. All of the staff had masks on and all tables and chairs are disinfected after people leave. They are doing all the things to keep people safe. The food was fresh and delicious. Our server was polite and attentive. It was nice to
Love the food here... I need to remember to take pics!! You get a basket of homemade chips and fresh salsa when you sit down. It was pretty busy, considering it was Mother's Day, we didn't expect that, but not surprising. My Dad loves beef tongue (yuk) and got a wrap, Mom was in the mood for an ench
Great customer service and prices. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our food tasted great. My only issue was that the steak tacos were very bland. Could use some seasoning on the steak. Other than that they were great.
I used to live in Antioch about 9 years ago, and this place was our favorite place for Mexican food. The food here is absolutely delicious. Traditional Mexican food at it's best. It is so good that my wife and I drove 2 hours each way to get there just for dinner. Wish I could get there more often,
We had a wonderful dinner and great experience!
Best al pastor tacos! Order and you wont be disappointed!
