We had a gift card and needed to finally use it. While I've had Rosatis many times before, we usually don't go to the Antioch location. We had the pan pizza and some hot wings. Was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Everything was perfect. The wings weren't bad either. Hope y'all have the same experience.
There was miscommunication over a pizza I ordered and I didn't get what I expected. When I called the store to double check they immediately insisted on delivering the pizza I expected no further questions asked. No charge and a delivery driver showed up at my doorstep as quick as they could make my pizza. I've been going here for years and love the quality of their food and now I am even more impressed by their customer service. Thanks, Rosati's!
We ordered a deep dish pizza with sauce on the top for my son's birthday. We got half pepperoni and half cheese. It was fantastic. It was done a ready to be picked up at the exact time quoted over the phone. The pizza was delicious.
Many times we have visited rosati's, very good customer service, great hot sandwiches ,chicken nuggets fries garlic bread,,perfect Italian roast beef with cheese , they make great pizzas 🍕 😋 👌

I feel that Rosati‘s pizza in and out had a short time that the management was not very well if they shortly took care of the situation with the beef sandwiches and whatever it is the best around the prices are great management is wonderful I had wrote a one star after talking to an old management and I have dealt with Rizzotti‘s for 40 years since they first opened
Now it 2023. Their wonderful deep dish pizza is wonderful. Matter of fact, I took pictures of the deep dish, pizza and wonderful beef sandwiches with cheese and the photos are shown on their ads.
One of my go to spots for carry out. Pizza, Beef sandwiches, Wings and Salads are always staples in my house. Highly recommend

Need to read the full review as it has a happy ending. Went to pick up a called in pizza and was told it was a few minutes. Turns out they screwed up the order and it was not even made. Told again, just a few minutes. Asked for extra thin crust. It was not. Also because of their error, the pizza was under cooked and had to be finished at home. They did give me 50% off but i would rather have had a good pizza then the crud they gave me. I have edited my review from one star or less to 4 stars. Here's why
The place has since changed locations and management (now a corporate store) so I decided to give them another try. Glad I did. The pizza and my meatball sandwich were excellent.
Some of the best pizza in town! And no matter how busy they are the staff has always been friendly. Highly recommend!
The pizza here was absolutely fantastic. And the atmosphere was great. I stopped in for a deep dish pizza and to watch the USA v Portugal world cup match. After 20 minutes I was chowing my pizza and cheering alongside the staff.
The Chicago style deep dish pizza was worth every penny, and it was only $10. Would definitely have paid more and been super satisfied.
