Would think a customer be served warmer/hotter food for $14 lunch. Spending too much time in the food spa. Some days are better than others. Today, not one of them. UPDATE 04/29 Went back today (3 weeks) to see if any changes were implemented after talking to district manager about my review. NO C

We originally tried to order online so we could go pick it up. Kept getting kicked out of the website after getting to the last step payment. So we drove up there at around 6:45pm. Check your food. I like captain d’s but talk about anxiety for them giving you the right order? Sheesh. The lady asked me did I want to add on the little shrimp, asked what sauce, before handing me the bag looked in the bags and still didn’t give me my shrimp that I paid for. I’ll just have to chuck

i would give no stars if possible. got there at 8 pm and was rudely told they were closed. they close at 9 so can’t help but assume they don’t want to work and are just sitting on the clock. saw another review saying the same thing. obviously they couldn’t care less about their job

So far the food has been hot n fresh...Praise to the drive thru lady, I know working ain't easy, but she does the best she can do.

This Captain D's location has consistently had poor service, employees with attitudes, an extremely slow line and stinky fish. I stopped going for at least 4 or 5 months but drove in tonight because it looked empty and I hoped Captain D's had made some changes after so many complaints. The food tast

ANTIOCH LOCATION: Is there a reason why they’re giving out paper straws. Also, a piece of the paper got in my son’s mouth. They cut fish in half and serve. The older woman at the drive thru that’s been working there forever don’t show great customer service. This place needs a lot of work.
