We hired Louie for our wedding a week before our special day during Christmas holiday and he didn’t hesitate to give us a yes. He was so detailed and passionate about taking care of us, with a reasonable cost and variety of menus. Not only he provided the great fresh food but also servers who were very polite and profesional. It really was a stress free moment seeing how attentive and on point they were. With such little time they did an incredible job and my guests loved it!
We did a tasting with Chef Louie in preperation for finding a caterer for our wedding. Chef Louie was very attentive. His service was amazing and the things he offers is endless! The food was incredible. We are excited for Louie's Bistro Catering to serve at our wedding. Thank you Chef!

What can I say... ? It took me a while to write a review after our wedding. There are no words to describe our experience, Louie exceeded by far our expectations. For starters, he prepared our A la carte dinner for our wedding reception with only one week notice during Christamas week!! The professionalism and etiquette of Louie and his staff was way above average, he gave me a one stop and included everything i needed in just one very competitive price, ( plates, silver ware, servers, wedding cake cut and serve, champagne bottles open and serve, etc. ) Louie is very easy to talk to and helps you understand your options with ease. A tasting wasnt even neccessary because the food tasted as good as it looks in the pictures. Every attendant asked me where did I find Louie, dinner was up par with any fine dining restaurant. If you are planning an event, take the guess work and chance out of the way, Louie is for sure the best catering service with the best food out there, all prepared on the spot with his mobile kitchen. Cant thank ypu enough Louie, thanks for stepping up to the plate and delivering far and beyond our expectations, God bless you business!
Louie’s Bistro catered such an amazing event for us. Louie provides a wide range of food options and works with you on all your desired needs. We were stunned with how amazingly delicious the food was at our event. If your looking for a caterer for weddings, personal events , work events, birthday parties I would highly recommend them. Louie catered our wedding Oct 5,2019, we had 140 guests at our home and he and his staff set up appetizer stations plated dinners from the food truck and supplied a bartender. The service and the food was over the top amazing!! He did everything I asked even a few last minute changes were perfect. I get compliments on the food from everyone I talk to. I would highly recommend them!!!!
Just had my food tasting with Chef Louie for my wedding. What an great experience it was! He made different dishes for my mother and I to try. Can’t say enough on how amazing the food was. Aside from the food amazing he was so friendly and personable. What I loved the most is his passion for food and what he does. I will definitely be using him to cater my wedding.
He catered our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Louie was so professional to work with, did a FREE tasting for my husband and I and worked with us on the menu so we had exactly what we wanted. I am still getting compliments on the food. And as good as the food was, the service blew us out of the water. Thanks Louie.

I had the pleasure of working with Louis Bistro for my wedding. I went to their lovely home and tasted a few samples and was instantly sold ! Louis is such a nice guy and really listened to my ideas. I had around 80 guests and it was very reasonably priced ! My guests gushed over the food. Everything tasted delicious and they handled everything with set up and arrived promptly. Will definitely do business again in the future ! Thank you !
