This place is the best BBQ I've ever had. Even friends from Georgia love it. Lots of, too. Highly recommend it!
We decided to try their fried chicken only offered on Sunday. We were not disappointed! It was wonderful! The person who we placed the order with told us that it would take 20 min. as they made it fresh for our order. We had the time to wait and it was certainly worth the wait! We ate in!
Went for lunch and my order took a little longer than it should've to come out. Then staff was super attentive, refunded my meal, gave me extra macaroni, and a free desert. Food was great as always and super impressed with the staff.
Although I have said since it opened that I think it is over-priced, I do enjoy their food. I haven't had a bad experience there yet.
Ours in mishawaka was closed. Food was good. No waitstaff. Had to order at front n they brought it out to you.
Beef Brisket and Georgia Pork are Awesome with the sauses at your table.
Chicken sandwich add pepper jack cheese lathered at the table with devils spit...this should be called "The Knight"...after me of course. I have proven to virtually all of my friends that you will never have a better chicken sandwich in your life.
First time eating here it was very good the girl who took our order was very nice !! It needs to be more lit up or have a open sign it looked like it was closed.

Love this place! We had the Feast for Two, which was more than enough for the three in our party. Love the seasoning on the chicken & ribs. And the sauces were tremendous. Even the fries were perfectly done. And the service was very friendly and surprisingly fast. The corn on the cob was about the only disappointment, rather plain and watery. Be sure to ask for your free sundae on your birthday!
Great staff very friendly and I loved that they gave their opinions on drinks and food choices. My only issue was with the brisket. I'm a Texas girl so I love brisket but for some reason or another I could only eat one slice before my stomach got upset.
Upon leaving the manager asked me how the food was and I told him about how I was unable to finish it. Much to my surprise he gave me back the money for the food (most of it) and asked to give them another try.
I live 2 hours away but I will definitely be willing to try it again on the assumption it was a personal stomach issue and nothing to do with their food. We plan to again in two weeks!
The food was good but my order wasn't right. I ordered a baked potato and got potato salad instead. That wouldn't be so bad except I don't eat potato salad. One of the meats I ordered was brisket, and that was completely missing. I was so disappointed; love my brisket! However, the food I got was very good.
Had the Georgia Pulled Pork (extra chopped) to-go and it was first-rate. Corn muffins were also amazing. Order was ready when promised and staff was very friendly.
Wow! What a meal! I've always liked this place, but this was my first time I visited the Apple Valley location. Unlike your traditional sit-down restaurant, this location has you order first and the food is brought out to you, so you more or less have to wait on yourself, which was perfectly fine. Great variety on the menu, bringing a down south flavor to all the recipes. Great prices. Would absolutely come back, again and again.
