Only reason I leave 3 instead of 5 stars is due to my order being very wrong, the food and service is always amazing. Hoping this can get remedied. I ripped this apart, this was not supposed to have lettuce or tomato or crispy chicken....both of them were ordered the same and both were like this.

I had a bowl of chili which was fabulous. I also had the Jack Daniels hamburger with unlimited fries & it was extremely good and tasty. I haven't been to Cinders since they closed the East Wisconsin store. Just got back from the Collage ave. one and if anything it's gotten better. Pricier, yes but whay isn't these days. We just love it here! The tenderloin sandwich cooked medium with a light amount of butter (which is so good I dream about it) and the perch are our favorites! We usually get the cheese platter or haystackers which are great, this time we wanted to try the soft pretzel with beer cheese. It was so go
