This Tom's location is consistent with service however if they do have a hiccup they make it their mission to redeem themselves. At least that is my experience. Good crew and the food has always been tasty. This Tom's location has proven to me that they are worth going back to.
First time here and we are not very local, we opted for drive thru service, polite staff, delicious food, and fast service. We will be back! We were amazed at the line of cars that showed just as we exited. 1:30ish pm mid week, the line still appeared to move at fast pace.
I was the first customer of the day. The hamburger fryer went down. Theybgave me coupons for popcorn and ice cream. The staff apoligized more than once. I only waited maybe 5 to 7 minutes. I grew up on Toms. It was started by one of my moms cousins. Love Tom's. You will not find better fastvfood anywhere.
