Nice enough place, unfortunately our food got forgotten about. Had to ask if it was going to be much longer as people who arrived after us were eating. Food came out soon after, but was cold, must have been sitting a while.

Wait staff was very helpful. Drinks were kept full. Boneless wings were over flavored and didn't taste right. Kids meals were kept under warmers for too long. The high seating is too hard for children. Family of 5 and our bill was $118, way too much.

Placed order and paid online at 5 pm for 20 wings for pick up at 620. Got there at 620. Watched 4 people get pick up and go. Left after 30 min of waiting. I hope someone enjoyed a free meal. Service has gotten worse each time I've been there last 5 times. I hope it turns around. Used to love going

*UPDate* Although EatStreet addressed our poor experience, the solution received from BWW after filling out their online form came in the form of 1,000 points for their rewards program. Turns out I would have had to sign up for it, and these points would have been good for a couple of wings. So yo

Music was far louder than usual, loud enough the waitress clearly did not hear my order. And then what came as my order was 3 Wings short of the 10 I ordered. Used to really enjoy going out for wings here but I will not likely return after today's fiasco.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on E College, the people were nice but its apparent to me that the chefs clearly don't know how to cook wings, I got these awfully dry half tossed wings. Pathetic. Will be calling the GM in the morning tomorrow so he is aware of the patheticly low quality of food his chefs
