I came through the drive thru with 2 orders and Michelle did an awesome job of taking both orders separately and recommending sweets to enjoy for dessert. I was having an off day and she really helped brighten it up with her friendly service. Will definitely return to this location. Very nice staff!
Rufus was amazing tonight. He stopped by our table a few times to makes sure things were going good. I'd like to say he remembers how much my son loves the bread sticks that he brought us some extra bread sticks right away.
Cameo took my drive-thru order and was so at the pickup window. She was pleasant and efficient. I waited just a few minutes and my food was ready. Very good experience.

Definitely the best Fazoli’s we’ve been to. The staff are always nice and friendly. Michelle P. Always has the best attitude. I recommend this location better then any other ones.
Oh Fazoli’s, you never disappoint and this Appleton location lived up to the reputation! Ordered a delicious dish of spaghetti with meatballs, along with some amazing breadsticks. Really hit the spot after a long, trying and sleep-deprived few days, came in for a late night meal and left extremely satisfied. Can’t recommend enough if you’re in the area and in the mood for some fast Italian!
