We went through the drive thru to get to two milk shakes! Several cars were ahead and it took thirty minutes. None of the cars were ask to pull up and the manager that usually runs a tight ship wasn't there! KEN REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN THE SERVICE HERE! THE SHAKES WERE GREAT AND MOST THE TIME T

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich and I did technially get bacon I guess haha. Crimson was very friendly and I always appreicate her being so nice to customers!

I love Arby's. You may not agree but Arby's my favorite fast food restaurant. Wanted to get one of the new burgers but they always sell out early.

We were second and the last car in line. We ordered fish sandwiches with the meal. We were told that they were making our food fresh to please pull up. We waited 5 minutes and they brought our food out. To our dismay the fish was Luke warm and the fries were cold.

UPDATE 2/11/22 Down to two stars. Went again today. I wanted to try the French dip with bacon combo with bacon and au jus. I wanted their crinkle fries and they were barely warn. The au jus was the worst part though because it was so cold the fat had congealed and was floating in it as well as stuck

Seems like Arby's food quality has really gone down the past few years. This isn't a direct reflection of this location but all.

It was freezing in there. Food was ok, Fries (crinkle cut) were extremely salty. Almost like dirty grease. Employees were nice

Dude with glasses is ultra slow, can’t get sauces for order, save your money and go somewhere else…the sub par attitudes makes you feel bad for being there you can tell they are in absolute hell
