Convenient location. We used the app to get on the wait list & this helped tremendously. This location can get pretty busy, being very convenient to the airport & I -26 as well as many shopping centers. Food was good, but nothing special. What you expect at a chain. Service was excellent & atmosphere was good. Restrooms clean and well appointed.
Vince has been my server the last handful of times I’ve been there and he never disappoints! He’s the star of the show. So attentive, humorous, and kind. He makes the entire experience so amazing.
The food was also the best it’s been, ever! Fresh bread, salad and soup came out so quickly. My partner said that was the best chicken OG has ever given him.

The food is reliable and what you expect from any Olive Garden.
Food was good and they were extremely quick with the orders. I had a large group and we were still able to get served quickly! Servers were very patient with the large group!
Olive Garden has gone downhill. Their pasta sauces are not authentic. They taste as they come out of a jar or frozen. Some of their orders look like a tv dinner reheated and placed in a new container. Everyone is friendly, and the young lady that brought out the food was awesome. Unfortunately, great help and excellent servers do not make up for the horrible food. Restaurant Impossible or Chef Ramsey should come to the rescue.
Had a wonderful experience here tonight. Our dinner was served really fast and was delicious. Mainly wanted to give a shout out to our waitress, Sydney. She had such an outgoing personality and was very attentive considering how busy it was (imo). Very impressed and we will be back. :)
Our server, Scottie, was nice. He was patient with us and kind with every word despite having to wait many tables at once. Would recommend this restaurant anytime, and the food was absolutely marvelous.

Went for my nieces birthday about 1pm on Thursday. No more than a 10 minute wait. The service was very friendly. And the food was awesome: I had the eggplant spaghetti. Breadsticjs and soup.
The overall food I can not give a 5 to. Most of their dishes taste like they came out of a jar. It's not real Italian food. I used to take advantage of buying one and getting 1, but it looked like a frozen dinner when I got it home. I could have saved money. I went to my grocery store to the frozen food aisle and got the same flavor and quality. I now go to Acropolis for my Italian food. The people are friendly but the food is horrible.
The food was excellent and the service was the best I've ever had!!! All the way around was a great experience. Which I knew our server's name he was the best. I can not brag on him enough.
This location desperately needs to be updated, especially the bar seating. The booth seats are worn out. The upholstery is torn and the springs gone.
As expected, it was a delicious dinner that I did not have to cook! Thank you for a great meal and the wonderful service.
Food was good came quickly but under staff just like everywhere. Girl did as best as she could but went without drink for a while. Not blaming her, just how it is now everywhere
Without a doubt the Best Olive Garden experience my wife and i have ever had!!! In Asheville for or 46th wedding anniversary. We decided to eat at Olive Garden for dinner. Only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated our server (Leeann) was right there food was out fast and delicious. This Olive Garden should be used to train all others.
If your ever in Asheville N.C , stop in you won’t regret it I Promise you.

The only reason I gave 3 stars on service is because we had to ask for little items several times before gerting them and there weren't that many tables seated at the time. I get being busy, but when you only have a table or two it doesn't take that long to make a quick trip to the kitchen to retrieve said item. Besides that the food is always good and service always friendly. Maybe our waitress was new or having an off day 😊
