Mia was very attentive. The food was good. It was all as expected for BWW.
The fries were a bit too crispy for my taste. Also, everyone's dish came out at a different time. Some of us were done eating by the time the last plate came out, and it was just 4 of us...
Best burgers in the neighborhood! Boneless wings were overcooked and hard. Pretzel knots were outstanding. Service was slow and they were not that busy at the time. Server was often seated and visiting friends in another booth and not attentive. Store was very clean and neat. Great TV displays...
Ashlyn was AMAZING! She was the best waitress I've had in years, literally! She was so attentive and made sure everything was just right.
Wings were buy 1 get 1 free which was a nice surprise and were tasty, as per usual. Props to the bar tender for the tasty drinks!
The wings were amazing, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere is awesome and the place was clean! I'm a "sauce girl" and I didn't have to beg for extra sauces...so, I was beyond happy with this experience. We will be back!
Tuesday 3pm visit at the bar. Devin was professional and we didn't have to hunt him down for anything. The mozzarella sticks, everything pretzels knots and the wings all came as orded, timely and it was all hot. I do see why this place gets bad reviews, although we got lucky. Another place where employees are over worked and understaffed so that's just what you get these days. I saw a lot of people waiting for service, having to get up and find people to help them etc....pre bussing isn't a thing here, restaurant could be cleaner and bussed for next customers.
Food was delicious, server was kind! However music was WAY too loud today. Next time we’ll just take it to go. Good food though.
Our waitress Yasmin was wonderful, she was sweet and explained the situation with the staffing issues. The music at times was to loud but the staff happily fixed it.

James was an amazing server!! He made it such a great night. However, only 4/5 stars because the jukebox didn't have the right version of Cotton Eye Joe
Food is great as always. Keith said he was new here, but he was attentive, quick and friendly. We had our drinks within 5 minutes of being seated. I took one star off because the floors were filthy. But the booth was clean.
Wings always great! The cheese curds are good too. Order a side of caramel for a fun, flavorful, unique twist.
