Update on May 13 - much improved and I am updating my rating. Clean floors, trash bins emptied and prompt and friendly service!
Update on April 11 - floors clean at midday - coffee a bit better - not burnt
Disappointing- floors need mopping and is overflowing in the bins. P.s. the coffee tastes burnt!

Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)
Good service fast and efficient. Awesome location with ample parking space. Food and drinks are made to order. My bacon was well cooked and the croissant soft and light.
I know this is a coffee chain, but the service at this Dunkin Donuts is outstanding. On a busy Sunday morning, we were greeted by a lovely, kind woman who took our order. Another young woman was helpful in filling our order (a box of Joe and few other items). While waiting, we watched a young man efficiently filling orders for breakfast sandwiches, etc. Everyone we dealt with with extremely friendly, kind and professional. It was noteworthy service. We loved this place (obviously enough to pen a review)!
This location still has turnover, but the manager has been at this location a while now and I've noticed a huge improvement. Friendly staff that gets my order right the first time 👍🏼👍🏼
Always friendly staff. They do not kick you out for using Wi-Fi only. They let you use the restroom without hassle. Super clean store. I love visiting with my children.
A little off the beaten path and not easily visible from Saw Mill River Road. Otherwise it's a great find with fantastic service. Clean, courteous staff and always well stocked plus more than enough parking.
Their changed location to a few outdoor strip malls over from it's previous location is a breath of fresh air into this franchise's Ardsley location. There is a nice lounge upon entering with free WiFi. You'd think you're in an upscale coffee shop, and not a generic chain location. Long lines are still prevalent on weekends and busy times of the days, but the decor and service are greater than ever before.
This is a most cozy Dunkin Donuts shop in Ardsley, New York, with a good amount of seating and free wi-fi! The coffee drinks, both hot and iced are very good - my favorite is the medium sized ( medium? I would call it huge!) Iced caffe latte with french vanilla flavoring, but they have many flavorings to choose from, and their flavorings are free!!! I heartedly recommend this Dunkin Donuts for sitting, reading, working, answering emails, organizing your thoughts, meeting friends. It is also located very near the Ardsley post office and the Rite Aid with the nicest, nicest staff, so their location is very good.
Loved the service here. All drinks and food were made as ordered. We were in and out in a fee minutes.
Ordered on mobile app and coffee was still not ready 5 minutes after I arrived.
I think that this is a good store, for what I buy from them and I like the personal service that they give, they're a little slow, but they make up for it in service
