I experienced almost no wait. The staff were very helpful and the food was cooked perfectly. My server, Preniece, was a beautiful woman with a great personality and great work ethic. Where other servers at other places might just stand around not doing anything she was busy carrying cleaning and doing whatever she could do and still was a great server. I got the potato skins, long Island iced tea and dragon salmon and all were great. Will definitely come back.
They are definitely understaffed but nonetheless service was good and more importantly so was the food.
Amazing service quick, hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Im completely one hundred percent satisfied with everything tonight. Happy birthday to me we will be back for sure!! This location is wayyyy better than the Collins st one!!
Albuquerque no longer has one where we live haven't had Fridays in a long time I loved it we had a blast food was delicious but tasted different the shrimp batter is different than what it used to be here overall it was good
Everyone puts negative reviews about this place (9 times out of 10 they are stupid “complaints”), yet I’ve been here 3 times and have NEVER had an issue. We went last night (in the middle of the snow storm), they were clearly short staffed as expected yet that didn’t slow them down at all. The manager, I think her name was Dee, was helping us. She was all over the restaurant doing a dozen things at once, yet didn’t miss a single step. She was kind and attentive, the food was AMAZING, and the wait was not even long. The other waiters also periodically checked on us. We have a great experience every time we come. Honestly, people who give this location negative views really just sound like a bunch of a-holes.
If the staff is ever rude to you here, there is a VERY GOOD chance, you were being a d*ck first. This place is great.
Going to TGIFriday was a blessing in surprise. We went one Sunday after church. It was not to busy. The server was excellent. He kept the Texas Ice Cold flowing. He made several suggestion on food options. His suggestion was on point. The ribs platter was a great choice. I will be returning again.
I just moved here from Chicago recently and have been to MANY TGI Fridays in my day and I would have to say this location has to be my favorite. Being a general manager for many restaurants and worked in the industry since I was 15 this teamwork was outstanding!!! We sat at the bar and were greeted by the manager within a minute. She took our drink order and the bartender shortly showed up and introduced herself. They were both very personable and did not show In any way that they were busy (when I knew they were). Our food came out fresh, hot and literally sizzling!! My boyfriend and I were never even left with a drink half full wether it be our waters or my very well Made Moscow mule. I just want to give a huge shout out to Ree and Niecy for making our date night out very enjoyable. Keep it up ladies. You got this!!
