5/8/21 I asked my roommate to make an order for me at 1:30pm for 1:45, the order wasn’t ready until 2, which is not an issue cause I have previously worked at chipotle. But I ordered extra brown rice and double steak. The bowl felt significantly lighter and when I opened it, it wasn’t even filled. N

I just left there heading to a business meeting. I understand it’s lunch and they are busy, but I was given my to-go order and the top was not fully closed on my salad securely. So it leaked through the bag into my car making a huge mess.

Ordered a barbacoa bowl and Uber eats delivered it fast but they gave me old food. It was cold, the rice was old and all clumped together. Barely any meat and what was there was cold. Bowl was maybe just half filled. Still hungry after finishing it. Just disappointed chipotle. Shame on y’all

You’re able to dine in or outside on the patio during Covid-19. Restrooms open and clean. Food was fresh and hot, staff super friendly. Had a really good experience here; can’t go wrong with Chipotle! Thanks!
