Chick-fil-a sets the standard for what a fast-food restaurant should be. The staff at the Arnold Missouri location set the bar even higher. The restaurant is spotless, the food is great and you won't find a legitimately friendlier staff anywhere in the are or the industry.

Always helpful, always good! My family is never disappointed. I feel like some of these reviews are based off one bad moment- we are there often and have not encountered any thing unpleasant.
We eat there often and food is also so delicious and we have always gotten excellent service! Is our favorite place to eat!
First timers and let me tell ya I was not disappointed. Great food and they had some for all my kids to eat. Even my infant loved the fruit cup and the apple sauce. Will definitely come back
Ithink they have the best chicken of most fast food places. I once drove all the way to Springfield MO to get some. Before we had any here in our area.

I love their chicken I went through the drive-thru last time I went normally I go inside and they're also very nice and cheerful it's always a pleasurable experience to go to this restaurant
There's nothing I love more than Chic fil a nuggets � I do wish that would bring back the regular Buffalo sauce but I deal with it � they are always so sweet, inside and via the drive thru!
It's always a great experience here. Food is awesome and staff is very kind! A couple weeks ago my daughter had her senior photo shoot done here and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience AMAZING!:):)

The Chick-fil-A in Arnold, it is very nice and clean. There’s always best service. Plus you get your order out in a timely manner. It’s kind of tricky maneuvering in the parking lot but that’s just the way it was built.
Service was fast and friendly. The staff were very good in total performance. My chicken Sandwich was so juicy on the inside and the breading was yummy crispy! Best Chicken ever! Waffle fries are crispy outside and soft inside with good texture. Sandwiches are Delicious.
Stopped in while visiting the area and ordered the grilled chicken deluxe. It was made correctly, and for being grilled, it was actually juicy. The sweet tea was made correctly as well. A nice blend of tea, and the right amount of sweetness. We will definitely stop in here again when traveling through.
Excellent food, counter people extremely helpful and friendly. Seems like good deal for the money. Waffle fries were kinda dry. Interior and exterior very clean. Each employee appeared happy to be working.
Just like all Chick-fil-A locations, it's a victim of its own success. The food and service are great, but there's always a rather massive line. They do a great job of moving people through it quickly, but it's still an issue.
Always love the food and service is excellent. I don't think I've ever had them mess up my food so this last trip there when my baby was screaming and there was a long line behind me I just drove off instead of checking my bags. With 6 ppl we usually always do because there are more odds of mess ups. So of course this one time they forget all of our chicken nuggets! I'd already driven all the way home but with 3 orders missing there wasn't enough food for everyone so I drove back. No questions asked, didn't even ask to see my receipt, had a bag of nuggets AND 6 cookies waiting for me when I pulled back up.
During the COVID era this restaurant has mastered the long lines in the drive thru. You pull in and and see about 10 cars on each side of the line waiting to place their orders. Don't let this discourage you. The lines move very fast in a professional manner. The chicken is worth the time . One of my favorites for fast food restaurants.
