30+ minutes in drive through on a Tuesday evening. Of course your trapped so you can’t leave. Finally get to the window & as we pull away, wrong order. Wife goes inside to wait in line with others who were given the wrong order. Another 20 minutes later the order is corrected.

placed an order on the app 10 mins ahead of getting there, proceeded to wait 25 minutes for a quesadilla and a taco. Drink was pure carbonation, employees were no help. Never had a worse fast food experience

I NEVER complain because I understand how things are. We waited 45-50 mins in the drive thru line. No way to exit. Once you are there, you can’t get out. There was only 2-3 cars. That’s it. For 50 minutes. It’s extremely stressful for others. For a damn breakfast burrito. & no apologies for the wait
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru, the girls at window was talking to me about what she ordered online for clothes. Handed me my order, “I asked of it was all there?” She replied “yes”. I get home and they shorted me 6 soft tacos. I called and they said I can come back and get it or get another day.
Very long line in drive thru. Ordered ahead of time and did not make a difference, you still sit there forever. My order was incorrect, but there was no way I was waiting in that line again. Nothing worse then waiting for, so long, just to not even get the order right.
