Our party of four arrived at the time of our reservation - our table was ready and a name card was appointed to keep our spot ready. The service here is impeccable. We were attended to without intrusive interruption and everything was accurate. Our meals were delicious. The wine pairings were excellent suggestions and we enjoyed an unhurried meal. We are wine club members. I recommend the plan to you if you are able to do e here at least 6 times a year. We left with a corked bottle from our meal and two more from the store- all included. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍 Parking is a challenge at times but take your time - don’t let that stress start your meal off on a bad foot. Thanks for our meal.

This place was great! Went here for a nice meal with family. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS and presented so beautifully. It was also a beautiful day so that was a plus. Definitely have to go back and try more things. There was just so much to choose from and all looked amazing. Service was nice, food amazing, ambience nice. All in all highly recommend!

I went there for a friends birthday party! It was a lovely restaurant with a wonderful wine selection. I had the Salmon, it was perfect. I also took a cake from Whole Foods (which is in the same parking lot) and they brought the cake out with candles. I recommend! 🤍🙌✨☕️🎂 Everyone loved the food at our table and our server was wonderful!

Cooper's Hawk is a food and wine paradise! 🍷✨ From the moment you step in, you're transported to a world of enchantment. The tantalizing aroma of the bruschetta appetizer dances in the air as you sip on their delightful rose. The ambiance is so charming, you'll feel like you're dining in a fairytale. The icing on the cake is Dixie, the magical lady who serves you with a warm welcome and impeccable service. It's truly an enchanting experience. 🥂✨

The food was pretty good, the atmosphere was lively. Our server, Will, was training a new server (Lauren). Will was nice, but a bit over the top with his personality. Will, if you read this, you're a good dude, just tone it down a bit. Otherwise, a nice time!

There’s a lot to say so thanks for your patience. Not sure if we got a bad day, but our take away is that the wait staff could use some more training at this Ashburn location. I ordered a Filet Mignon and my husband ordered the Trio of Medallions. I liked how the Filet was cooked, medium and the sauce was very good. But…I only ate half of mine and the waitress (first name starting with “Ste”) came by and said something like “would you like me to box it up”. Not thinking, I said “yes”, but she took it from me while my husband was still eating. And she also took away my wine glass which had a little bit of wine left in it. So weird. First of all, the proper etiquette is that the waitress should ask how the meal is, but not offer to take your food away while the other person is still eating. This is a nice restaurant but it turned “low rent” with a black bag sitting on our table while my husband finished his meal. There was a manager walking around pretty sure he saw the bag on the table. I almost called him over but didn’t want to make a scene. Also when my husband’s food was brought out, the server almost spilled the sauce all over him, but caught it just in time. How the waitress went about everything just left a bad taste in our mouth. We had reservations at 4:30pm on a Saturday and it just seemed very rushed for no reason. Like they didn’t take their time allowing us to properly have our meal. The area where we were sitting was not that busy, there were lots of empty tables. When we first arrived in the parking lot, there were people leaving from some type of party and it was a loud group. We got into the lobby and again, it was loud. There were tons of folks at the bar which is in the lobby area. We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we won’t be returning any time soon. Note to management for future customers, please train your wait staff a little better, these meals weren’t cheap (mine was $44.99) and would expect better etiquette from the wait staff. Also, I almost took a photo but didn’t, the carpet was fraying close to the edge that touches the non-carpet area on the right side after you head from the lobby to the booth/table area. It would be a good idea to fix that as it makes the decor look less appealing. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a NY Strip or Ribeye on the menu. I had a sample of their wine: BIN 93 and it was perfect with the Filet. The total of 4 stars is because the food was really good.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and it is one of my favorites. From the beginning to the end it is pure class! There is bottled wine wine glasses and candles and dinnerware that you can buy in the front of the store. They have a monthly membership that you can join which offer discounts on bottles of wine. The menus is amazing and they have some of the best flatbread! Lunch was lovely and don’t forget to try some of their desserts. The key lime pie was my personal favorite.

I prefer this location over the Reston location. They are much more polite and friendly. The servers are incredible. We’ve had a few issues with the hostess stand whenever we do a tasting prior to our reservation but aside from that we truly appreciate and love this restaurant.

We have been wine club members at Cooper’s Hawk for over 7 years, and love coming to the Ashburn location. CH always has amazing wine, and great service. My wife and I had a wine tasting with Jackson this evening, and he was great - very passionate about wine and knowledgeable about the varieties, and knows how to make his guests feel at home. 100% would recommend CH, and ask for Jackson for your tasting

Jackson was great! We did a wine tasting and he was fantastic. Great knowledge about the wines and fantastic conversation! He told us about a combo of wines and we tasted it and ended up buying multiple bottles! Definitely worth it! The food for us is a little redundant. We are vegetarian and the menu for vegetarian's never changes. It would be nice if they could modify the chef's recommendations to accommodate people who don't eat meat. We used to eat their after the wine tastings, but it's the same food over and over again so we have stopped eating there on most occasions.

Everything about my experience was pleasant. I popped in hoping for a steak topped salad and got it. The temperature wasn’t the medium rare to medium I requested but rather well done. Regardless, it was still beautifully presented and delicious. The portion size was perfect, leaving no leftovers. The recommended wine paired perfectly. My waitress was charming and attentive without being too much of a presence. I would definitely return alone or for a special occasion.

I had a wonderful experience at Cooper's Hawk. The tasting bar provided a great opportunity to sample various wines, and I was fortunate to be assisted by the knowledgeable staff member, Jackson. He expertly explained the distinct flavor profiles of each wine, making my visit all the more enjoyable.

My husband and I decided to dine here to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary and this restaurant went above and beyond our expectations. The food, atmosphere and service were all spectacular. Our waiter Averie had a warmth and charisma that was so inviting and refreshing to see. He went out of his way to make our evening feel special for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for a luxurious dining experience. We will definitely be back!

If you buy wine. You just need to become a wine club member here so you can indulge in their own brand and many varieties of wines! Soo delicious. Pairs with everything. And always creates good memories!

Making a reservation with the website wasn't working but it turns out we didn't need it. We got lucky and sat right away in the bar area. Our server had a wonderful attitude and was very helpful. My wife got the filet mignon and I got the shrimp and scallop risotto. Both of our meals were very good. I would definitely come back again for a special occasion.

Chill fall Saturday afternoon in Ashburn. A quiet Coopers Hawk is a nice outing. My food was delicious even though it was high calories and fat, but what do you expect when its not on the 600 calorie section of the menu.

We visited on a busy Saturday evening and were seated within a great amount of time as a party of 5. I also greatly admire there wine tasting bar at the front of the resturant for people to partake in as they wait to be seated. I ordered the steak and shrimp combination dinner and it was very tasty. The service from our waitress was also prompt and she was very funny and friendly. I look forward to returning to this location to try a new dish.
