Went in to order. No one in the store. Lots of cars in the drive through. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get my sandwich. It is 100% ridiculous to have to wait that long for 1 sandwich. They totally acted like they did not care. That will be the last time I go to that store. And to top it off, they got my order wrong after waiting over 30 minutes.

Chicken, chicken and more chicken. Zaxby's of Asheboro is pretty darn good. Try one of the new fried, chicken sandwich meals if you want to mix things up a bit. Most of the time the fries are below average. They tend to over cook their fries at this location. Yes, they do have the fancy Coke Beverage Center (CBC)! If you like tea one can conveniently skip the CBC and fill your cup with some good ole sweet tea! Enjoy!

Sandwich bread was molded and fries were cold and tasted like cigarette smoke.... All after waiting 15 minutes for the food to cook. The best part of the experience was they were very friendly and gave me a refund. Sadly, we won't be returning.

The extremely long waits in the drive through are unbelievable. After paying, they direct you in a parking spot for you to wait endlessly for your food. We waited over 20 mins for TWO SALADS.
When we did get our salads, our bread was completely soggy and you could ring the butter out of the bread. They were completely inedible. Get it together!

Macie, the cashier had more customer service skills than the black manager did. He was rude. The place had dust in certain areas. That is unacceptable

I wish my experience had been a better one seeing that it was my first time at a Zaxby's but my Buffalo wings and fries were cold.

My favorite chicken place. Salads are huge and excellent. Chicken fingers are the best. Sweet tea is a must. Order online or app.

I ordered a 6 piece tender plate, only received 5. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauce with my tenders. Slaw was so dry... needed more mayo in it.
