My husband and I have traveled locally and to other states looking for the best Thai food. The Taste of Asia in Asheboro is by far the BEST we have ever had!! The food is very fresh and delicious! The owners are super personable and professional, and the 30 minute drive for us is worth it to dine there at least once a week. We HIGHLY recommend the Taste of Asia Restaurant.

Another delicious meal in August 2021. Vegetable pang kok was fabulous, freshly cooked with wonderful fresh ingredients. Highly recommend. My husband had the pad Thai which he said was also delicious.

Carrots, onions and peppers were scorched. Entire plate of food tastes burned. When I called them to report this I was told that I had to bring the plate of food back in order to get a replacement. I live outside of town and this would be a major inconvenience to have to drive all the way back, not to mention the further disruption to my work day. I took pictures of the food so I could show them the next time I am in town so they could replace it then but evidently this isn’t an option. Hearing the lady in the background loudly denying that anything could be wrong with the food along with trying to eat the burnt food has ensured that I will try the new Asian restaurant in town next time I want this type of food. All they had to do was make it right. I’ve been eating here for years but will not be back again.

I have celiac disease and the staff were very accommodating to my gluten free requests. They have gluten free soy sauce and made a wonderful Pad See noodle dish for me!

I’ve lived all over the US, from NYC to Louisiana to California. When I moved to Coleridge from Pittsboro- I was amazed at how much closer I was to amenities like incredible Thai food.
They nail it on our all our faves while going a step beyond and you can sit down and eat. It’s like heaven. I’m a creature of habit and don’t like to stray when I find my faves- but every time I do here it’s amazing. They’re so nice.
Really good flavor on certain traditional dishes like their dipping sauce for their spring rolls is a little better than usual.
Love it love it. Was pretty impressed, especially because I feel like I live in the sticks and can get such healthy food right near my house. Been three times now and every time makes me want to come back

Not worth the price or the hassle. Our total for two meals with spring rolls and a side soup was $40! Do not anticipate the cost by the menus posted as photos on Google Maps -- yet, there are no official menus that I could find for the restaurant. Also, they got the spiciness level wrong for the pad Thai and it was nearly inedible due to being too spicy, charged us for the extra hot sauce on the side, and my curry was watery and flavorless. We drove ~50 min round trip to give this place a try for take out and were sorely disappointed. They will not get our business again, and I warn others who are thinking of giving them a try.

I love Asian food. But get tired of Chinese and Japanese. This is the perfect alternative. Thai food is absolutely delicious. The food here is always fresh. The staff are excellent. Couldn't ask for a better quite little spot to have lunch or diner. And for folks like me that like really spicy food this is the spot. Just ask for Thai hot with a kick you won't be disappointed.
