Great food great service. Karen always remembers me and my family. I love their BBQ salad. They have daily specials that are really good too.

Down home atmosphere...very very friendly wait staff. Great and varied menu. Deserts are varied and includes in season fruits. A great place for the family or for a quick good tasty sandwich.

Nice people. Decent prices. The ribs were good but not exceptional. Same with the chopped BBQ. Good fries and slaw.

I love the sweet potatoes fries. Great choice of new product.

-Beef ribs had hardly any meat. Guessing, that is why they are only $8.99. -Forgot sides to rib plate. -Chopped bbq, hush puppies and slaw were good.

The place was friendly and not far off the beaten path. The sandwich was delicious. Had a good amount of lean pork BBQ. I would ask for a little more slaw next time. The sweet sauce and hot sauce gave just enough extra flavor. Service was pretty quick and quite friendly. Will definitely try more of

Henry James Bar-B-Que is a local icon located on S Fayetteville Street in Asheboro, NC. Beef ribs were amazing, but not a fan of their Bar-b-q. Red slaw is served here so don't expect the traditional southern slaw. The staff are always kind and courteous! Enjoy!
