It's a gas station Subway... If you've seen one, you've seen them all. This particular location the veggies seemed fresh (tomatoes are never ripe at these places) and the sandwich artist built the sandwiches well, on top of dealing with our picky kids orders. The cash register and surrounding area was covered with dust which makes me question the sanitation of the place. The gas station itself seemed to be pretty well kept and they were even doing touch up paint while we were there.

Been here multiple times… love the food when they are actually open. They close early just about every week and i’m not talking about like 30 to 15 minutes it’s usually two hours ahead of time I’ve been in there and they’re not wearing uniform one girl didn’t even have on shoes one time this is the worst subway

If I could give this place a no star rating I definitely would! I went and ordered sandwiches on my app to pick up at this particular store location because it’s closer to my home. I then went and sat in the parking lot and waited for the 15 minutes that it said it would need to finish the order. I was called just as I was getting ready to go through the drive-through window, just to let me know that they canceled my order, and when I asked why the girls response was, “we don’t have any bread and we need to close the store early.” So this was at 6:30 on Wednesday, February 23, 2022… And then she hung up on me. So I called back and then I asked her because I saw that they had already charged me on my app and said that I had picked it up. So I asked the girl how or if I was going to get a refund for that order since they canceled it. Her response was, “ you have to go back into the app to cancel the order.” There is nowhere in that app to cancel that order!… So I backtracked and went back into town and went to the subway over by compare foods. I asked if they had a manager on duty and they said no, that the manager only showed up when it was time to do a money drop. I then explain the situation That I just experienced at the quick Chek subway, and the kids there said oh that’s normal. But then they proceeded to tell me there was nothing that they could do either, but they had the same manager and they would relay the messages. I asked if I could just have the managers phone number and was told no, but they wrote my name and phone number down on a piece of paper to give to them.… The kids that worked at that particular subway by compare foods was also very rude and hateful. They went to start speaking in Spanish about me and how bossy I apparently had then, only for me to respond back to them in Spanish that it was normal that anybody would want their food when they paid for it. To which then they went around the other side of the wall to finish their conversation so I couldn’t hear them. And the boy that was trying to help me with the order was amazed that I understood them and responded back, to which I replied that people should never make assumptions on appearance. I might be a white girl born here in the USA but yes I do speak Spanish.… So I guess my whole complaint is that if you want to end up paying $46 for three sandwiches then the subway at quick Chek and compare foods will help you just do that. This will be definitely my last time at Subway. I’ve always dislike them because of stupid things that they do, or not do, and this is just another one to add to my list.

I only order occasionally, but it's usually through DoorDash, and usually around $20. This store is so cheap and skimpy with the fillings. They really don't care what they give you, how they give it to you, or even if they put everything on it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would the girls working there today were SLOW lazy and nobody wants to hear you ramble on while you watch everyone working in the store pay attention to your job you made the sloppiest sub I ever seen. I will go to randleman subway where they have better customer service and work fast

The tuna sandwich was really good, but they said they were out of ice for the fountain drinks. So we drank lukewarm soda. But it seemed odd that they couldn't get ice when they are inside a gas station that sells ice!
