Ordered a combo & added a milkshake. After I paid I was told they were out of whip cream for the shake…disappointed but not a big deal. After waiting about 5 minutes I was handed my food & my shake. The shakes consistency was not that of a shake at all, more like chocolate milk. They offered to redo
I came to Hardee’s 6/17/2022 Rebecca the store manager is extremely RUDE my opinion she does not deserve to represent HARDEES as a store manager she argued with me over a ham sandwich and made me deside not to ever go to this HARDEES location again
Used the drive thru in the lunch crunch as a dasher, associate was kind, professional, accurate and faaast. Have to show my appreciation for him, thanks young man for not letting me forget my customers drinks.... 😆 😆
Just ordered the new bacon burger, got home and realized they didn't put bacon on it. Fiancee ordered a big hot ham and cheese and got a small one. Now I understand why the drive thru stays so dead.
The food here is always cold and tasted old and hard. When you can and tell them they say well, bring it back, and we'll try again only for me to take it back and put my food in the microwave. I was so disgusted.... Never ever eating here again, both times was a waste of time and money!!!!
Good food but can't follow simple instructions . If I go there mid-day they always have me to pull to the brown back door and wait with an empty store and people behind me in line have no wait..Need better keto options in Ashy..boro..smfh..6 🍔..# walkswithwildo
My "hot' ham and cheese was cold and the fries were not far behind today.
