Not professional. We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches...we got a small piece of chicken on a bun (see pic)...NOTHING else...my friend did get one small pickle on his, I got nothing. When I asked I was told it comes with nothing, I said what about pickles, replied with "oh yeah pickles" (guy in a collared dark red shirt, maybe manager??) He asked me to see it, I'll get them to make you another one...I took the one I had and went back to my seat to eat with my friend...never saw another one. I hate to complain over pickles...but at $3.59 for that sandwich... that's some expensive pickles....so guess what happened the first bite..yep, pure gristle, fat chewy corpuscles...if I wasn't so hungry I would've trashed it. LOOK AT THE PIC...NOT WORTH THE MONEY....can't even compare to Bojangles or KFC. They messed up 2 other orders while we were there and were completely out of chicken nuggets (we kept hearing people complain).
Not recommended unless you just need a restroom. 👎🏻

I am frequently met with issues with this mcdonalds. From food not made fresh, to orders incomplete, to waiting forever. I've also met with, "we're sorry but we can only accept cash right now"... while the systems payments issue is understandable its not when it happens repeatedly. As I'm a frequent patron I would really like to see these issues resolved. The convince of the restaurants being close by isn't saying much when I have to drive 15 minutes away just to get the order I want.

Always have to wait. Tried to get lunch today. #3 combo with 10 pc nuggets. They asked me to pull over. I said I'd rather not. They said 2 minutes. I said I'll wait. Mgr came over said please pull over it will only be 3 minutes. Doesn't seem to matter what i order here i have to wait. I asked for my money back and the mgr walked off in huff and the server gave me my money back. Pretty sad fast food takes so long.

Repeated my order at least three times and it was still wrong when we got it. Ask for the 2B combo with a sweet tea. Also ordered a two for $5 sandwich and a kids meal. When we got our food, after they had us pull up to wait on it, they had charged us for two of the 2B combos plus the rest of our order. We did get everything we paid for, but the order was completely messed up.

This McDonalds is open 24 hours. However no one would take my order. I waited at the drive thru for 20 mins. Them i pulled around to see if anyone was even in there working and there were workers in there that looked right at me so i went back around to the drive thru to see if i could get my order taken but still another 10 mins and they didn’t take my order. This McDonalds sucks always making youpull up and wait so they can mark it off as-if they served you fast. The best McDonalds in Asheboro is the one by the mall go there trust me. People need to stop pulling out of the drive thru just so they get good ratings stand your ground people.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two of the 2 cheeseburger meal and waited in line for over an hour. Then they handed the food to us without even an sorry about your wait. Then as we pull out we notice the food was cold. How are they going to make ppl wait an hour and food still be cold.

3 separate occasions we have got food from the Fayetteville st location. Those 3 times we have got sick or felt sick. The first time was when my son threw up his entire meal a few hours later. I thought maybe he just had a stomach bug...Last weekend he had some again and he felt sick to his stomach.. Today my husband picked us up some for lunch and guess what? I’ve been sick to my stomach all day and night. We have no problems with the other 2 asheboro locations. I don’t think 3 times is a coincidence. Health department needs to check this place out. We won’t make the mistake of trying it a 4th time �

If they tell you to pull up to wait on your order Don't. I waited a long time at the window just for them to tell to pull up . I thought they forgot I was out there so went around the drive through again. Years ago when I worked at McDonalds (before drive thru) If the customer waited over ten minutes they're order was free. If this McDonalds did this they would be bankrupt.!!

Will not be going to this McDonald's again! Pulled up to the drive thru waited 25 mins while they took 3 orders from the other line! Order just a Mcflurry & a medium coke. Go to the window after waiting in line another 10 minutes to be told the machine is broken. Then some dumb boy comes to the window is rude & says well do you want the coke or not? When I asked to speak to the manager, she was just a rude & incompetent! She tried to hand me a bag & said the number for the GM was on there. Park my car went inside & ask her for it again! After she thought I would be dumb enough to believe it was on the bag! I will be calling corporate TOMORROW!

Denied a homeless vet food and Hispanic male manager told this wounded vet to go fuck off when he asked for old food. Old food they was going to throw away!!! So ashamed of you guys!!!!! Wow! I go here several times a day. Sometimes to get a tea. Sometimes to get a fry or a snack for my kids. Never again will I go again to this McDonald's. My order was wrong and I had to turn around and take it back. They were rude to me. Treated me very rude and disrespectful. I couldn't believe it! I won't go into full details on here but let's just say it was bad. It's not the first time but it will be the last for me at this place.
