One of my favorite restaurants in Asheville! I’ve only ever gotten it to go, but each time the order has been perfect and still hot when I get home. The pork belly and smoked chicken ramen were delicious. The rich dark broth in both bowls was flavorful. The spring rolls had a nice crisp to them.
I purchased the GSW Rice Bowl. I added Korean Bbq pork, sweet soy, mayo, chili oil, peanut, roasted eggplant, kimchi, bread and butter pickles, pickled broccoli stem, carrot daikon serrano pickle. I will be back.

Great place to grab a delicious dinner! You just order and pay at the counter, then they have a whole cute seating area outside with plenty of tables. I got the pork ramen and it was delicious!! They also have tons of unique beer and sake options.

I ordered here for the first time tonight. The Mapo Doufo is flavorful, hearty, and warming. The level of heat is perfect. My to-go portion is very generous I could probably get 3 meals out of this. Thank you :)
Ordered takeout and enjoyed next door at Archetype Brewing. We had ramen (Spicy Beef and Pork) and some pickled sides (Szechuan Cucumber and Kimchi). Portions are more than generous and filling. Very flavorful broths and the meat was tender and unctuous.

Had take out on the recommendation of a friend and so glad we did. The food here is amazing! Hefty portions and fresh delicious ingredients make this place a no-brainer for your West Asheville adventures. GSW Bowl add black bean chicken and Veggie Ramen were highlights.
