Food was delicious! I ordered the haddock and it was super clean and fresh. My wife ordered a couple martinis and said they were the best she ever had. Atmosphere brings you back in time and is very comfortable. Service started out great but then declined as our server seemed overwhelmed with tables
The food here is amazing!!! My daughter and I sat upstairs and had a fabulous relaxing time chatting and eating. Staff were so inviting and were the perfect hosts. If you are in the area this is a definite must visit. I just loved the relaxed atmosphere and barn decor. This is New Hampshire ♥️
Cute restaurant (across the street from the boutique/souvenir shop of the same name). We ordered food to go since we had our pup with us and had walked up from Ames Brook. A couple burgers, along with the pork belly bites, made for a perfect meal after walking around town! A very friendly staff mad
Vegetarian stuffed peppers very flavorful. Pot Roast tender & juicy. However, I wouldn't recommend the Bloody Mary. It was watery like & could taste no alcohol. Even had them remake, still not happy so ordered a bottled beer
The free cheese and crackers were a nice surprise. The apple walnut chicken I had was amazing. The service, by our waitress, Felicia was top notch. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! And don't forget to browse their company store across the street!
I've been to various Common Man restaurants probably 100+ times, and always go back because while the food may not be the absolute best, the service, atmosphere, and prices are all great. I dropped by the Ashland location most recently on Saturday, and Maddy took fantastic care of me. My dog and I
Was a great meal at this location, their first. They have a cheese and cracker bar to start that is always good. I had French Onion soup to start followed by their delicious meatloaf dinner. My dining partner started with minestrone soup followed by the broiled haddock and enjoyed it. Service is
My family and I love the common man restaurants. This one is very cool. The lounge is literally an old attic/loft. You can still smell the history. You get to choose your seating, which consists of couch nooks with coffee tables (great for kids), dining tables, bar stools and round tables. It is rel
Amazing accomodations made to have an impromptu birthday gathering. Great food. Venue is an old building dated to the 1700s. Worth seeing and when you're done walk off your food hike up the mountain or take a trip though squam lake science center. Enjoy these beautiful views.
We had the lobster and clam chowder. Couple of drinks that were perfect (for a lack of a better word) and the Nantucket Pie which we split. Just awesome service, great atmosphere and delicious food! I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a down home atmosphere with out of this world food!!
