Hands down the best sushi place in the valley. Beyond the incredible quality of sushi you get you just can not beat the prices for the quantity you get. Great service by Zack, our waiter. He was very attentive and charming. The food was nicely presented but quite mild. Loved the cucumber water, nice touch.

Very good sashimi! Fresh fish, creative rolls, traditional favorites. This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Ashland.
I couldn't be happier with our visit. The food was mouth watering and delicious! The presentation of the food was portioned beautifully. What really made our experience great was the staff were kind, attentive, and sociable. It was a fantastic meal and I recommend Umami to all.
