Hands down the BEST pizza place in ashland. One of my favorites in Oregon altogether really. Service is AMAZING food is phenomenal. If you go there get some dough knots! And hopefully if he still works there, you have the best waiter in the joint named Jeff ripper.

GAPCO has a great salad bar as well as fabulous staff and service. I love the Pizza, haven't tried one I don't like! Definitely the go to place for great pizza!
I've been graduated from SOU for four years and I STILL get cravings for GAPCO. There just isn't another pizza place like it. If I concentrate I can still taste the doughknots, though I try to avoid doing this because it makes me cry just a little bit every time I do so.
Can we get a GAPCO in Concrete, WA? Because I have a mighty need!

Average price food for Ashland. Great healthy salads. Pizza was okay. Cheesy bread and the knots were missing something that made them seem pretty bland to us. The booths are squeaky so Everytime someone moves it makes its own music and that got us laughing. Kind servers and it was nice and clean inside. Happy eating :)
I've been enjoying this establishment for over 5 years now. The sourdough crust is a must and their red sauce is one of the best I've had. Whether it's on pizza or their meatball sandwich with house made meatballs that are delicious as well. If I get a slice and a beer, a sandwich or a pie to go. I have never been disappointed in the food or the service. Always inviting and friendly staff. I appreciate it whenever I can stop in.
Me and my friend were driving back to California when we wanted to get some lunch. We come upon to this place and it was wonderful. We first get there and we look on what we want to eat. We ordered drinks and a pizza. While we were waiting, we got fresh pizza knots on the house since the kitchen accidentally made too many. We then get our order and the pizza was good fresh and hot. The 2 women were nice and lovely. The guy there was also nice. They even let us have water in our containers before we left. Great experience overall.

Let me start out by saying This was the best pizza I've had in years!! My wife and I had a little vacation without kids for the weekend so we stayed next Door at the timbers lodge so we decided to try out the Great American Pizza company and we were not disappointed. Their sourdough crust option is to die for. The waitress was super nice and always checked in at the right times to make sure our dinning experience was great. We order a large Sizzler with sourdough and white sauce, a large water and a beer oh and the cheese bread for our appetizer. All food was delicious and hot. The place wasn't to packed and you can even throw parties there too. It was so good we came back the second night too. I highly recommend! you won't be disappointed.
We are here on adventure with our theater class. Their pizzas are tasty and generous. We tried quite the variety. The salads are full of ingredients instead of being just a bowl of lettuce.
The amazing staff took great care of our large group, and they were super attentive and took the time to give us a positive experience!

Brought our theater group here (42 of us). They were WONDERFUL!!! The staff was great, friendly, and fun. The pizza was EXCELLENT! Will definitely be coming back here. Make a point to visit while in Ashland!
