Had the mouthwatering eggplant veggie sandwich. Breaded, fried eggplant, stacked with roasted tomatoes, chevre and walnut pesto. Hello! Just try this local gem of a pizza joint. Also the kiddo had A grade pizza by the slice.
I have never. Ever. Ever had pizza like this before. I could have eaten here every single day of my trip. The crust is magical. I don't know what they do to make it so soft but yum, yum, yum! We got the cheese pizza halved with pepperoni. I was incredibly delighted when it came out with basil on it!
Customer service is friendly. I believe Jessica was the name of the girl who helped us. Very nice, funny. and outgoing. However, the food is just---okay. Nothing great about it. Affordable and a good atmosphere usually. Definitely a place you want to go to instead of have delivered, and maybe be ready to wait for food a little longer than expected. I love it for the drinks and cheap slices.
Based on food alone I’m tossing it at 3 star. Pizza is alright, passable if hungry. Although pretty good rotating slice deals as far price goes. Atmosphere and building however are a 5. For the price of the food, I would think the pizza would have more flavor, more razzle dazzle on my tongues dance floor, ya know. It was pretty bland. Pizza was tasty but made both my partner and I terribly ill that night and the next day. It was the first night of our vacation and it was all we ate. Overpriced for not being able to enjoy any leftovers.
