Excellent soup, rice bowls and staff. Will be making a point of going back and trying their other place in Medford.

Review: The Vegetable Miso Ramen has quickly become an essential component of my Ashland lunch spot rotation. 1) It's delicious. 2) It's a family restaurant and the staff is fantastic. 3) They have gluten free options.
Love, love LOVE! Friendly staff, amazing food, and quick service. They had a full house and we still got our food in about 15 minutes! I hope they add pork belly to the menu soon!
I went and had ramen for the first time yesterday and it was delicious! The service was great, super friendly and quick! I loved my ramen and kimbop!! Very reasonably priced! I can't wait to go again! :)

We arw visiting from Cali and it was raining and we wanted some soup. Most delicious Ramen I've had so far. Location is a bit small. But I had the spicy Ramen, husband had curry chicken bowl. My kids all found something to eat and enjoyed it very much.
Hiro Ramen in Ashland is a very tasty restaurant.
The food is really good, and the atmosphere is subdued and interesting. The staff are pretty friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean, and certainly in an interesting location.
Anyways, they have specific hours that they're open, so you want to call or check first. But it's tasteful and definitely worth a visit!

Stopped in for a quick bite while travelling. Been here before and it is consistently great! Had tonkatsu ramen with pork for protein. Will definitely get it again!

Ashland is a great place where great quality of food is served. We visited Ashland for our anniversary and we did have a blast. Hiro ramen is right across our hotel and we went for a late night bite. The soup base is thick and flavorful. The noodle is just in the right thickness. Hopefully we can visit Ashland very soon!
