Gils is such a RAD spot! I love heading down for a brew post-adventure and hanging with locals next to the fire pits. Many beer options, lively work crew & really awesome vibe. I definitely recommend hangin at Gils!
When the sun's out, reggae music is on and everyone is fresh of biking or running the trails plus loads of dogs around...there might not be anywhere better then Gils..
The beer, wine, and cider selections are good and updated often. The food is very, very good for the price, especially the nachos and the meaty cubano sandwich, which are both outstanding. The staff shines. If they had twice the space, indoors or out, Gil's would easily fill it with happy patrons.

Gil's is one of the of the dopest spots to chill in Ashland. Hit them up after class for good eats, delicious beers, and awesome people. They feature some local brews that are not available anywhere else in town!!! #GFB

Great outdoor experience! Food order came quick and beer was cold 🥶 perfect for these hot summer days. If you are needing a place to park your bike there is a bike rack along side Ruby’s restaurant. Thank you for the tamales 🫔 and the poblano sandwich 🥪!
Cool neighborhood chill spot. Great options on tap. Loved the cider and stout. Did not try any food but hear the Banh Mi is the way to go. Nice patio seating with fire/heaters. Dog friendly.
Had a killer brisket Banh Mi sandwich, great flavor and awesome pho aus jus sauce. Great beer list, lovely patio, and friendly staff. Simply a delight.
Great neighborhood bar, tap house and restaurant. Lots of good beers on tap plus a great selection of cans and bottles in the fridge. Food is good for bar food, especially like the nachos. Always have free popcorn and dog friendly.
One of my favorite places in Ashland. Great service, good food, comfy patio, lots of beers on tap. I look for almost any excuse to go here.
Great deck on quite street. Excellent beer, local wines and cider selection and knowledgeable staff. Limited menu but food is good. Ruby's will deliver food to Gil's patrons.
