By far the best thing about suplex tacos, better than the great atmosphere, the amazing staff and the phenomenal food is the feeling it leaves you with.
You think burritos and you assume you'll feel greasy and kinda sick after, but no. Their fresh ingredients and simple prep makes you feel refreshed and energized for the day.

I’m a frequent regular at Suplex Tacos in Ashland and I’ve never had a bad experience! The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. The employees are always kind and go above and beyond. The drive thru is quick and the app is easy to use and has a rewards program! 5 stars from me and several of my coworkers!!
Best tacos in Ashland and further out. The pork tacos are 5/5, don't bother getting tacos from anywhere else; the flavor of the pork is amazing and as authentic as it gets. Everything else (chicken and steak) was pretty good too. But if you had to try just one thing, get anything pork here.
Been here a couple times now and I've had great experiences both times! Today was better than the last. Went thru the drive thru for lunch about 11:15am and the worker at the window was so nice! Love the little note I found when I got back to open my lunch. Great food and staff @ Suplex!
This is a great local spot, Really enjoyed the food, good quality and portions a little too large if anything. Not authentic Street food but probably better that way since it is a rural area. Tastes like local Mexican restaurant fare which isn't a bad thing. The people were cool too.
Definitely a must stop if you're in the area!

One of the best places to eat around! Everyone i get to try it is hooked. They will handle large orders if you call ahead. Staff is great! Just need second location to open back up.
If you haven't gave them a try please do you will not regret you will not be disappointed. They have awesome burritos, they are huge and the price is great to. Great staff. Thank you Sergio and the other workers.
