While the wait in the drive-thru line was longer than I would have liked, an employee came out with a tablet and took orders in person to speed things along even in the drizzling rain. Honestly, they seemed to be doing everything in their power to make the experience painless.

I' not usually a fan of coffee drinks, but I went and I was surprised! They had the typical coffee drinks and some food choices, but the service we received at this location is the actual story here! The staff was wonderful and easy to work with, and the beverages we ordered were great!

Got a venti mocha frappichino and a hot caramel macchiato. No special requests or additions. The girl seemed mad or insulted that I asked for a straw to drink my frap. Drinks good. Customer service needs work.
Ordered 3 frappe in drive thru. Got to the window and they told me to pull around. Sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting for them to bring them out. Finally had to call and I don't think she had my order at all. Very unorganized. Poor service. And she was kinda rude on the phone.
