I have been there a couple times and I have nothing negative to say. The workers are always polite and not the kind of I have to be to get my pay check kind of polite. The food is always fresh and the lemonade is really good also.
Called to make sure lobby was open and after they said yes heard them say a snobby remark thinking I had hung up then after getting on the dinner , waited 10 minutes before our order was taken and was the only person inside. After receiving food it was cold and the whole order was wrong. Will not be
Had a incredible trainee at the window. She was prompt, and on it. There was a man in front of me that was rude to her bc she ask him if he still wanted something, atleast she she wanted to make sure
I had to wait a little, more workers focus on drive thru more than walk in. A worker in lobby yelled twice for someone to take my order, a manager finally showed up.
The sandwich was great & Drink too.
Courteous. Most of the time my order is correct, but not every time. Quality control needs improvement.

Yet again. My order was wrong. Irritating. Also, most of the dining room was closed off even though they were open for another hour inside. So, customers are all bunched
I do think this was on the night the city of Ashland celebrated Halloween for children, and the drive through was so busy! Not enough staff working. We had no problems inside. Wendy's is always good and hot!
