From the minute I walked into this location I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We weren’t greeted upon entering and instead glared at. We placed our order and went down to the cashier. Just some background, the only reason we went to Jersey Mikes is because we had a gift card.
I was treated like I was an inconvenience for ordering gluten free. Somewhat hostile and definitely an uncomfortable experience. The good news for the staff is that I won't be returning to inconvenience them again.
It's a really good Jersey Mikes. I have had most all of the menu. I would eat at this restaurant as opposed to its competitors due to time in queue and food quality as well as overall general cleanliness. The parking is not that great anytime.
We love Jersey mike's, I tried the Big kahuna cheese steak this time and it was really good. We also ordered the turkey tub and it was very good, except for the fact it had about a half an ounce of lettuce in it. I love Hersey Mikes, but today the guy making the sandwiches was ridiculous. I asked for pickles on a giant and got 5 pickles, banana peppers on a regular I got 3. It’s ridiculous. Poured oil/vinegar on my sandwich trying to fill a pool and when my sandwich came with bacon he had no clue how much
Prompt greeting the minute I walked in. Friendly, smiling associates ready to take my order. Shortly after paying my regular cheese steak was ready. Plenty of beef, peppers and onions all held together with melting gooey cheese between a soft warm roll. Very tasty.
To be honest with you the best Jersey Mike's is by the Home Depot ALL great staff great attitude never a problem with my order thank you so much great management. Love y'all 👍
Placed order via app and was told 15 minutes to pick up. I was actually late, arriving 20 minutes later, and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes in the store for my order to be complete, yet every walk in customer was taken care of before the last sandwich of my order was even made. Took so long
