I attend school at R-MC and usually people don't like the food, but I enjoy it a lot. Maybe it's because I'm easy to please but I love their pasta dishes and their quesadilla nights. Highly recommend it if you're on campus as a visitor; they do take card and cash! :)

food is fine, nothing special. best part about this place is the people by far. chicken is always either raw or burnt, food options are hardly whats listed on the online menu they have, gluten free and vegetarian options always take 10+ minutes to prepare and you have to request them. overall, not g

If only they could figure out how to keep their schedule and menus updated on the web. Sometimes they're closed when the site shows open, and often the menu is not what the site says. When it's good, it's too good to knock off a star for that. But we old guys want to know when there's pork breakf
Estes is a college cafeteria. It does a number of things very well, but on average it is a B establishment food wise. Standard salad bar and decent pizza is always available, so for the money it is a bargain.
I go to school here and eat the lunch and dinner every other day. They've put in a lot of effort in making changes so that it is a much better place than it used to be, but that doesn't mean I would prefer to be there over other places.
Food varies wildly in quality, even the typically good stuff. Don't trust any chicken or pork without cutting it up first
