I got a calzone and loved it. My wife got a pizza and it was great as well. But our friends ordered tortellini and we were a little disappointed but the portion size and presentation. It looked like something you’d easily make at home. Plain spaghetti sauce and a fairly small portion of tortellini.
Sub par taste. Ordered a garlic chicken pizza that had barely 5 pieces of chicken. The other ingredients were fairly generously spread over though.
Quality leaves a lot to be desired and I am pretty sure it gave me indigestion afterwards.
Not recommended until they do some serious QC
I am in love with Mario’s Stromboli :) Even though I’m not a vegetarian, my favorite is the vegetable Stromboli. They put in a lot of delicious, fresh veggies and a ton of cheese! Yum!
The restaurant is very cute, and a great place for families or for a date night. I only live a few blocks away, so
Pizza was ok, eggplant parm was horrid. Watery, spongy eggplant in a big mushy mess covered in too much cheese. One large piece of eggplant I couldn't even cut with a knife.
Always delicious. Great pizza, great pasta, great eggplant parmesan! I don't have a photo of it because I ate it.
Amazing calzone (spinach) and the penne vodka was one of the beat things I've eaten all year.
Pizza and sandwiches are great. Eat here for lunch often.
We discovered Mario's Italian Restaurant a few weeks ago and it has been our go to pizza place ever since! Incredibly flavored pizza crust and sauce, their breaded mushrooms are the best around and the quality of the food is 10 out of 10! Leftovers taste wonderful reheated at 375° for about 7-10 min
