I got a calzone and loved it. My wife got a pizza and it was great as well. But our friends ordered tortellini and we were a little disappointed but the portion size and presentation. It looked like something you’d easily make at home. Plain spaghetti sauce and a fairly small portion of tortellini. He said it was good but was nothing exciting. The atmosphere is fun and we enjoyed ourselves! Just order something besides the tortellini if you’re hungry
I am in love with Mario’s Stromboli :) Even though I’m not a vegetarian, my favorite is the vegetable Stromboli. They put in a lot of delicious, fresh veggies and a ton of cheese! Yum!
The restaurant is very cute, and a great place for families or for a date night. I only live a few blocks away, so it’s also perfect for take out. There are a lot of pizza places in this area, but Mario’s is definitely my favorite!

Amazing calzone (spinach) and the penne vodka was one of the beat things I've eaten all year.
Pizza and sandwiches are great. Eat here for lunch often.
We discovered Mario's Italian Restaurant a few weeks ago and it has been our go to pizza place ever since! Incredibly flavored pizza crust and sauce, their breaded mushrooms are the best around and the quality of the food is 10 out of 10! Leftovers taste wonderful reheated at 375° for about 7-10 minutes. We've only done pickup so I can't speak to the dine-in experience but the staff has always been so friendly and welcoming. This is a truly delicious Italian restaurant!
