Went here for the first time today. I got the signature hellfire ramen (level1), yuzu miso wings, Korean black garlic wings, gyoza, and Korean whipped coffee. I didn't care for the gyoza, but enjoyed everything else. The chashu was incredibly tender. I would have liked the ajitama to be cured a bit
This place was amazing! We ate indoors but they also have outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and efficient. You scan a QR code to see the menu, but we ordered with waitstaff. Everything was delicious but if I had to choose I would say the gyoza were my favorite - they were out of this world! M
The ramen was delicious and the dumplings were cooked perfectly. Stage 2 hotness is no joke 😅
Very good spot for ramen. Tasty wings. Everything full of flavor. Word to the wise... The spicy ramen is level 1 to 3. 3 being the hottest. I tried level 1 and it was plenty hot enough. And I like spicy. Recommend u start with level 1. Highly recommend this spot for good tasty ramen! Good service t
I normally don't leave reviews, but Doragon is a gem of Ashland. Their appetizers are amazing, and the ramen is some of the best I've had! Highly reccomend!

Best Ramen in town! Tried the Doragon hellfire Ramen and was very very satisfied! If you're having a cold, make sure you get this....this will knock your socks off! This is really spicy but still holds flavor....exactly the kind I'm fond off.
This little place was awesome. We got the hellfire and was delicious and had much more kick to it than a typical spicy miso ramen. The broth was fantastic and presentation was perfect.
