My partner and I stopped in here at 6:45 PM our first night here. The sandwiches were sloppily overstuffed making them impossible to eat and the bread on BOTH sandwiches were so stale they had hardened (we did not have them toasted). We've never had a negative experience at any Subway in the Nation,
Manager didn't have a clue on discounts, no lids for small drinks, crew member looked depressed and didn't want to be there, tables dirty. Not a good experience.
We had to wait for the lady to stop texting on her phone which she then set on counter where they prepare subs. Then as she was about to take sub out once toasted she used her gloved hands to pick up her phone & started texting again then proceeded to add other toppings to sub without changing her g
worst subway EVER! Took forever with a trainee who wasn't being directed on anything. couldn't use the ice cream scoop properly for my tuna sub. which resulted in getting ripped off. took over 20 minutes for 3 basic subs. the women who was working with him felt it necessary to chat away and not help
This place is so far gone it's ridiculous as I write this on Saturday June 26th at 4:06 pm the lady behind the counter is so obviously under the influence she is seriously running and talking to herself the whole time and cooked the bacon in the toaster not the microwave!!!
The new owners and workers are a joke, the lobby is always filthy and no one was there for 30 mins when I was there last
Pretty much the healthiest fast food one can find at the cheapest price. However, no matter what you get it all taste the same.
Service is always really good and the food is very fresh.
